- Duplicate Payment or Billing Error:
If you have been charged twice or billed incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect transaction after verification. - Project Cancellation Before Work Begins:
If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the initial payment or deposit. - Non-Delivery of Service:
If MJY23 LLC fails to initiate your project within the agreed timeframe due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund of the deposit amount. - Service Delay Beyond Reasonable Limits:
If project delivery is delayed beyond agreed timelines and the delay is solely due to our internal factors (not client inaction or scope changes), a partial refund may be considered after mutual revi

- Once the project has been initiated and design/development work has started
- If the delay or issue arises from client-side factors (e.g., lack of feedback, missing content, delayed approvals)
- For services that have already been delivered or completed
- For change-of-mind after project commencement
- For digital marketing, SEO, or social media campaigns once the campaign has been launched
- If the client has approved design drafts, milestones, or partial deliverables
4. Project Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun:

- We will calculate the amount of work completed and deduct that portion from the total project cost.
- The remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.
Please note that third-party expenses (e.g., hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, ad spend) are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during the transaction.
- You will receive confirmation by email once the refund is completed.
